Donald Charles Plouse, Sr., Age 70, of Lattimer Lane, Gillett, PA went to be with his lord surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, February 17, 2019. He was born May 5, 1948 son of the late LeRoy and Margaret Plouse. Don was a member of the Elmira Wesleyan Church. He was a dedicated worker at the Ingersoll Rand in Athens, PA for over 40 years. He loved the outdoors hunting and fishing and enjoyed western movies, the polka, dancing and a good cup of coffee. He loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Don had a great sense of humor and will be greatly missed.
Don is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Linda (Lattimer) Plouse, daughter, MeLinda Kelley, two sons, Donald (Heidi) Plouse, Jr., James Plouse, five grandsons, Arthur Lattimer III, George Lattimer, Derek Lattimer, Joshua Uhl, Jeremy Kelley, two granddaughters, Sarah Kerr and Olivia Plouse, great-grandchildren, Jordan Lattimer, Emily Lattimer, Autumn Kerr, Nathanial Kerr, Natalie Kerr, Jacob Brion, his two brothers, Vine (Sally) Plouse, William (Brenda) Plouse, two sisters, Grace Lee, Genevieve (Gary) Schrader, sisters-in-law, Grace (Tom) Brush, Sandy (Tom) Slaght, his aunt, Linda Janowsky as well as numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Don was predeceased by his parents, a son, Arthur K. Lattimer, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur A. Lattimer and Sarah R. Lattimer, three brothers, LeRoy Plouse, Robert Plouse, Ernest Plouse, two sisters, Marion Clark and Edith Frisbee.
Family and friends are invited to call from 2 to 3 PM Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY. Don’s funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling ours at 3 PM with Rev. Larry Burke officiating. Interment will be in Hanlon Hill Cemetery, Ridgebury Township, PA when weather permits.
