Debra L. (Rinebold) Briggs, Age 60 of Horseheads formally from Gillett and Wellsburg passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center with her son and loving family by her side. Debbie enjoyed her German Sheppard  “BoBo”, spending time with her son, companion Greg, her family and friends. She will be dearly missed. Debbie was born October 15, 1956 in Williamsport, PA daughter of H. Martin “Marty” Rinebold and the late Julia “Julie” (Robinson) Rinebold. She attended of SRU and Southside High Schools. For many years she was employed by LRC Electronics as an assembly technician.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Karen of Sayre, PA, her father Marty Rinebold of Gillett, PA, significant other Greg Evans of Horseheads, siblings, Donna and Larry Samford of Irving, TX, H. Martin Rinebold II of Milan, PA, Pamela and Joseph Rugiero of Elmira, Michael and Sue Rinebold of Gillett, PA, Kandy and Don French of Gillett, PA, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Bruce Briggs on June 16, 2017 and her mother Julie Rinebold on August 6, 2014.

Family and friends are invited to call from 12 PM to 1 PM Monday, September 11, 2017   at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY. Her service will be held at the funeral home following calling hours at 1 PM. Interment will be in Ashland Cemetery.
