Carol J. (Evans) Wagner

Carol J. (Evans) Wagner, Age 61 of Wellsburg, NY passed away Friday, September 11, 2015 at home with her family at her side. Carol was born December 3, 1953 in Elmira, NY daughter of Larry and Shirley (Ackerman) Evans. She was a graduate of George Washington High School in Philadelphia, PA class of 1972. She and Joseph K. Wagner were married February 13, 1993 and celebrated 22 years together. Carol was a homemaker and loved her flowers and also caring for her dogs.

Surviving are her mother Shirley Evans of Wellsburg, her loving husband Joe Wagner of Wellsburg, a brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Jacqueline Evans of    Philadelphia PA, a niece Ashley (Jason) Murray, nephew Eric Evans,  great nephew Jack Murray all of Philadelphia, PA, mother-in-law, Audrey Wagner of Stevens, PA, brothers-in-law, Richard Wagner of Stevens, PA, Michael Wagner of Glenside, PA, Frank Wagner of Horsham, PA, uncle and aunt, Dale and Helen Ackerman of Bryan, TX, aunt , Phyllis Ackerman of Lynchburg, VA, 10 cousins and their families.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the Bethany Lutheran Church, 256 South Walnut Street, Elmira, NY with Pastor Krista Mendoza officiating.
