Donna J. Phillips

Donna J. Phillips, of Ridgebury, PA, passed away on December 7, 2018 at the Towanda Memorial Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit, Towanda, PA. Donna was born March 21, 1933 in Big Pond, PA daughter of the late Semour Dewey & Leona (Bridgeman) Leonard. She was married to the late Richard K. Phillips. Donna was retired and had previously worked for Swift Glass, Remington Rand and as a custodian at the Ridgebury School. She was a member of the Bentley Creek Baptist Church and in her spare time, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting and spending time with her loving family. Survivors include two sons, Lawrence Phillips of Wellsburg, Chris & Mona Phillips of Wellsburg, granddaughter, Amber & Tony Earl of Elmira, sisters, Bonnie & Steve Krause of Alaska, Charlene Grover of Elmira, special brother, David & Diane Wilkinson of Ridgebury, sister-in-law, Evelyn Leonard of Bentley Creek, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Donna was predeceased by her parents, husband, Richard K. Phillips, grandson, Lawrence R. Phillips, sisters, Betty Freeman, Beverly Adams, Nina Wilkinson, Rita Warren, Lila Hatch, a brother Gene Leonard Freeman and daughter-in-law, Suzette Phillips. Family and friends are invited to call from 3 to 4 PM on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY 14894. Her funeral and committal will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 4 PM. Interment will be in Bentley Creek Cemetery when weather permits.
