Gay W. Welch, Age 88, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Nursing Facility, Elmira, NY.
In following with Gay’s wishes, services will be private, and burial will be in Ashland Cemetery, Wellsburg, NY. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roberts Funeral Home Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY 14894.
