Julia "Judy" (Robinson) Rinebold

Julia “Judy” (Robinson) Rinebold, 76, of Ridgebury Township, PA, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 from her daughter’s home with her family by her side.  She was the loving wife of H. Martin “Marty” Rinebold.  The couple married January 26, 1956 and had 58 happy years together.

Judy was born on November 16, 1937 in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late Winfield and Myrtle (Kimball) Robinson.  She worked as a Care Giver for Wood brook in Elmira, enjoyed playing bingo and camping with her husband Marty.

Family was a vital part of Judy’s life. Her family includes her husband Marty, her two faithful companions: Misty and Trixie, her children: Debra Briggs of Wellsburg, NY, Donna (Larry) Samford of Erving, TX, H. Martin Rinebold, II of Milan, PA, Pamela (Joe) Rugiero of Elmira, NY, Michael (Sue) Rinebold of Gillett, PA, and Kandy (Tom) Romano of Sayre, PA, eleven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, her brother Winfield (Deloris) Robinson, Jr. of North Carolina, her sister Charlotte McDowell of New York, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and special friend Shaun Blanford of Elmira, NY.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandson Chad Rinebold, her brother Gary Robinson, and son-in-law Bruce Briggs.

Family and friends are welcome to call from 12:00-2:00 pm on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street Wellsburg, NY.  The funeral service to honor Judy’s life will be held at the conclusion of the viewing at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 9th at the funeral home with Rev Edwin Reichman officiating.  Burial will be private and at the convenience of Judy’s family in Hanlon Hill Cemetery.

Judy’s family would like to thank Guthrie Hospice, especially Don Bankis, for the excellent care she received.
