Kyle Matthew Zabady

Kyle Matthew Zabady, 38, of Gillett, passed away on October 8, 2025, at the Robert Packer Guthrie Hospital, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with ALS.

Born on December 30, 1986, in Sayre, he was the son of Donald and Cheryl (Perry) Zabady.

Kyle enjoyed motorcycles, sports, and especially spending time with his dogs. He truly loved helping others and was always there for anyone in need. Above all, his greatest joy in life was his friends and family, who will miss him deeply.

He is survived by his loving wife, Caitlin (Nunn) Zabady, of Painted Post; mother, Cheryl Zabady; twin brother, Kelvin (Emily) Zabady; sisters, Kara (Elijah Milo) Teribury and Harley (Adam) Noble; stepfather, Timothy Teribury, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Kyle was preceded in death by his father, Donald Zabady, and grandparents, Nola and Delos Perry and Frances and Donald Zabady.

Friends and family are invited to a public visitation on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 5:00–6:00 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Inc., 279 Main St., Wellsburg, NY 14894, with a service to follow at 6:00 p.m.

The Zabady–Perry family has entrusted Kyle’s care to Roberts Funeral Home, Inc., Wellsburg, NY.
