Nola K. Perry

Nola K. Perry, Age 76, of Gillett, PA passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015. Nola was born September 11, 1939 daughter of the late Leslie and Mildred (Brown) Morgan. She was a retired Certified Nurses Assistant and worked for local private nursing homes. She was married to the late Delos “Punk” Perry on October 27, 1956 and celebrated 53 years together prior to his passing on August 19, 2009. Nola enjoyed playing bingo, visiting the local casino’s and spending time with her loving family.

Survivors include her daughters, Ann (Kenneth) Shock of Ridgebury, PA, Cheryl (Noah Coleman) Zabady of Gillett, PA, sons, Dale “Butch” (Lisa) Perry of Columbia Cross Roads, PA, Cecil (Mechelle) Perry of Ridgebury, PA, a brother, Bruce (Linda) Morgan of Maine, NY, sisters, Bertha (Richard) Oppenheim of Southport, Shirley (Jerry) Oldroyd of Gillett, PA, Linda (Robert) Bump of Millerton, PA,  thirteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Nola was predeceased by her parents, husband, Delos “Punk” Perry a daughter Lois Jean Benjamin and her son Lynn Perry.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 4 to 6 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY. Her service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 6PM at the funeral home with Reverend Rob Wuethrich officiating. Interment will be in Hanlon Hill Cemetery.
