Pastor Harold C. Milks, devoted servant of the Lord, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2025, in Lowman, NY, at the age of 97.

Born on June 24, 1928, born in Ward Township, Tioga County PA, to Harold E. and Phebe J. (Rozell) Milks, Harold was a man of faith and dedication. He spent his early years in Ward Township, later venturing into a career as a mechanic with New York Electric and Gas. However, it was through pastoring several local churches that Harold truly fulfilled his calling, touching many lives with his unwavering devotion.

Harold had a deep love for his Lord, which was reflected in his affection for birds and flowers, symbols of the beauty and intricacy of creation that he admired so much.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Grace A. (Bennett) Milks, his cherished daughter Phebe Milks, and his great grandson Douglas Lyon. Also preceding him were his brothers Arthur Milks and Edgar Milks,.

Harold is survived by his sons, Carl Milks (Darlene Barlett) and Harold (Mary) Milks; grandchildren Michelle (Wes) Milks-Turner, Jennifer (William) Milks-Davenport, Phebe (Travis) Roupp, Violet Milks, Ronnie Lyon (Jackie Fish), Kimberly Milks, Greg (Kristen) Milks; and numerous great-grandchildren, including Corwin Dannelley, Haylie, Kendra, and Kamron Davenport, Ronnie (Hannah) Lyon, Mackenzie Thomas, Kenny Lynn, Nickolas (Noeanna) Milks, Damien and Chad Roupp, Austin (Cadie) Lyon, Amerie, Cuylie, and Landon Smith. His legacy also extends to his great-great-grandchildren, Rowman Lyon and Rowyn Milks, his sister Luella (Paul) Bradley, as well as several nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory. In addition to his family, Harold leaves behind special friends Faye Mackey, Pastor Gerold Glover of Resurrection Tabernacle, the ladies from In His Presence Church, and David Drake

A celebration of Pastor Harold C. Milks's life will be held at 12:00 noon on May 2, 2026, at the Baldwin Fire Hall, located at 460 Breesport N Chemung Rd, Lowman, NY 14861. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of a life devoted to faith, family, and community.
