Paul S. Woodard

Paul S. Woodard, 75, passed away on September 14, 2025, after a short illness. He was born on December 27, 1949, in Elmira, NY to Joan (Smith) and Edward Woodard. Paul was a devoted husband, dad, brother and son.

Paul leaves behind his wife, Julie, daughters Heidi (Larry) Lightsey, and Heather (Scott) Fletcher, grandchildren Brandon (Kayana) and Emily Yarrison, Ethan and Ashley Fletcher. Three great grandchildren, four brothers, Daniel of Charlotte, N.C, Richard (May) of Elmira NY, James (Sarah) of Troy PA., Michael (Dee) of South Carolina. Sisters Beverly Easton of Kannapolis, NC, Bonnie Reid of Elmira, NY, Cyndi (Richard) Balderson, Kimberly (Gary) Woodard of Elmira.

Paul was a talented woodworker and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He retired from Hardinge Inc. after 25 years of service.

Friends and family are invited to the Hanlon Hill Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2025, for a graveside and committal service.
