Robert A. “Bob” Tuning, 72, of Elmira, NY, went to be with his Lord on Thursday, July 9, 2015 from the Chemung County Nursing Facility. He was the loving husband of Sharon (Petty) Tuning. Services are at the convenience of Bob’s family and have been entrusted to the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street Wellsburg, New York.
