Virginia L. (Hall) Simon, 84, of Ridgebury, PA passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at the Bradford County Manor. She was the loving wife of Paul A. Simon whom she married May 12, 1978. A memorial service to honor Virginia’s life is planned for a later date. The Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street Wellsburg, NY has been entrusted with the arrangements.
