Benton H. Frisbie

Benton H. Frisbie, Age 78, of Ulster, PA passed away Thursday, April 4, 2019 at the Bradford County Manor. Ben was born August 11, 1940 in Elmira, NY son of the late Benton & Gertrude (Sears) Frisbie. He attended area schools. Benton was employed by Dalrymple Construction and the Bradford County Landfill (NTSW) and he retired in 2005. Ben enjoyed hunting and going for long rides with his late dog “Buddy”.

Surviving are his wife Karen A. (Mulvaney) Frisbie of Ulster, PA, a daughter, Melissa Chapman of Wysox, PA a son and daughter-in-law, Benton V. & Pat Frisbie of Pine City, NY, two grandchildren, Chelsa Lee of Prattsburg, NY, Christopher Lee of Canton, PA, great-granddaughter, Hailey Jo Lee, a brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Linda Frisbie of Elmira, NY, sister, Bertha Ann Merritt, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Benton was predeceased by his parents, two wives, Delores Darlene Frisbie, Edith Frisbie, infant daughter Lori Ann Frisbie, his sisters, Cathy Collins, Mary Whitsell, Betty Lou Frisbie and a brother, Aaron Frisbie

Family and friends are invited to call Monday, April 8, 2019 from 3 PM to 4 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc 279 main Street, Wellsburg, NY 14894. His funeral and Committal service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 4 PM with Reverend Donn Hauser of the Towanda Independent Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be when weather permits in Hanlon Hill Cemetery.
