Bruce A. Woodward, born January 10th, 1967, in Elmira, NY, passed away at his home surrounded by his loved ones on February 24th, 2024. He was the beloved son of Nancy H. (Harlan) Woodward and the late William W. “Bill” Woodward.
Bruce is survived by his devoted mother Nancy Woodward, loving sister Shellie (Neil) Gerould, caring brother Bill “Buggs” (Jan) Woodward of Bentley Creek, and several nieces and nephews.
Bruce was preceded in death by his father and his brother Scott Woodward of Bentley Creek, PA. Their reunion in the Kingdom of Heaven brings comfort to those left behind, knowing that Bruce is now at peace surrounded by the eternal love of his heavenly family.
All that Bruce endured in his life never lessened his love for people. He had a deep appreciation for classic country music, especially with Tom T. Hall! He also cherished watching timeless TV shows.
The love and care that Bruce received at Futures House in Milan far exceeded anything anyone would have expected. Bruce lived a remarkable life marked by countless miracles and blessings. His resilience in overcoming obstacles earned him the endearing title of “Miracle Boy” among his loved ones.
Calling hours to celebrate Bruce’s life will be held at the Bentley Creek Wesleyan Church, 13255 Berwick Turnpike, Gillett, PA on Saturday March 2nd, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. with Officiant’s Pastor Rob Wuethrich & Pastor Edward Crandall.
