Phebe Milks, a remarkable soul, bid farewell on January 8, 2024, in Sayre, Pennsylvania, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion. Born on December 5, 1957, in Elmira, New York, Phebe embraced 65 vibrant years of life.

Throughout her years at Thomas & Betts, Phebe was the unsung hero as a Quality Control Inspector, blending meticulousness with exceptional skills.

She had a passion for shopping, Phebe cherished connecting with friends on Facebook, a socialite she was. Phebe Milks had a deep love for Cardinals, Red Trucks, and the radiant beauty of Big, yellow Sunflowers, mirroring her own vibrant spirit. Like those sunflowers Phebe Milks illuminated our lives with her warmth, and brightness.

However, her true bliss radiated from nurturing and raising wonderful children. "Mom," "Mommy," "Mother," and "Nana" were titles she wore with pride, alongside the joys of being a cherished daughter, sister, life partner, loving aunt, cousin, and friend.

Preceded by her mother, Grace Alberta (Bennett) Milks, and joined by her heavenly Milks and Bennett Grandparents, Phebe's warmth lives on through her surviving family. Her memory will dance in the hearts of her father, Harold Milks, brothers Harold H. & Mary Milks, Carl Milks & Darlene Bartlett, Sister-in-law Janet Saunders, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends. Phebe is also survived by her loving boyfriend, Donald Coleman, Godson Christopher Paribello, and Best Friend Betty Thurber. Phebe's joy reached new heights with her very special "Lani Girl" - Little Ah'Lani-Jade Rivera.

A private celebration of Phebe's life has been entrusted to The Roberts Funeral Home, Inc., In lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to Roberts Funeral Home in Memory of Phebe Milks.
